Description

Join us for XPression Tessera and Venue Control Workflow Training in Santa Clara!

Learn how to use XPression Tessera to scale broadcast video across multiple XPression outputs in real time and synchronize them with each other to populate massive video walls. Join Amber Barnett from our Sports and Live Events team to understand how Tessera and DashBoard provides a very simplified workflow for pixel accurate multi-display outputs.

This is not a beginner class. Students are expected to have an understanding of the concepts explored in the basic XPression freelance training course. In order to attend you must have either taken a recent basic class, or work in a facility that uses XPression.

9am-5pm (lunch break, 1pm)

Who Can Attend?
Training is free to any XPression graphics operators with an existing understanding of XPression functionality, including students of recent XPression Basic Freelance training classes. If you've attended a freelance training session and have an XPression dongle from that class, please bring it with you to class, as we will be learning how to build XPression scenes for use in Tessera.

If your dongle is licensed for an older version of XPression, please follow the following steps and we will update your license to the most recent version:

1. Download the XPression Licensing Tool from this link:
https://transfer.rossvideo.com/f/99d2a7dfaed62a42
2. Install the XPression Licensing Tool.
3. Plug your USB dongle into your computer.
4. Ensure that no XPression programs are currently running.
5. Run the XPression Licensing Tool.
6. Send a screen shot (or email the hardware ID of your dongle) to glennon@rossvideo.com
7. We will update our license servers and email you instructions on how to update your dongle remotely.

If you don't have your own dongle, please contact Greg Lennon (glennon@rossvideo.com) and we will arrange to give you a dongle on the day of the class.

Don't Forget!
All attendees should bring a personal computer that meets the following requirements:

• Windows 7 or 10 required
